A jewel set in the Salento countryside, with a panoramic terrace from which one can admire a constantly changing picture, from the morning with the suggestive mountains of nearby Albania to the evening with the thousands of colours reflected by the sea. The villa, newly renovated and enriched with a swimming pool, boasts a privileged position for access to the hiking trails of the Leuca Otranto Park and is a 5-minute walk from the suggestive Grotta Verde. The space The secondary residence, accessed through the left gate, is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 5 persons. It has 2 bedrooms all with air-conditioning and satellite TV, bathroom with shower, kitchen and dining room, laundry room with iron and ironing board, swimming pool with solarium, gazebo with outdoor dining table and barbecue, outdoor shower cubicle, private parking space. The property is rented as a whole; all the indoor and outdoor spaces are private and you will not find other guests in the rented part. Under the gazebo you will find a very comfortable hammock on which to read a book accompanied by the sound of cicadas and a dining table with barbecue to enjoy barbecues and dinners in the open air surrounded by Mediterranean scrub (carob, olive trees, pine trees). To cool off, just take a dip in the elegant swimming pool, small but enough for a few strokes or to relax with friends. Guest access All spaces in the rented part of the villa are at the exclusive disposal of the guests. No one else may access them. Other things to note Final cleaning is not included. If you do not wish to clean before departure, we can call the cleaning company at a cost of €50 for stays of more than 3 days, at a cost of €40 for stays of 3 days or less (except in cases of exceptional mess and dirtiness where the full rate will be charged). Dogs/pets are admitted free of charge, but subject to a reservation. You will need to inform us in advance about the size and total number of dogs (only small dogs are allowed, maximum 2). By proceeding with the booking, you declare that you accept the following conditions: - We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all guests staying at the property. Therefore, we will ask you to upload photos of your identity documents on our website for transmission to the local authorities. Your personal data is processed in full compliance with privacy legislation. - Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not permitted at this property unless expressly authorised in advance by us in writing. - A security deposit of 100€ is required.
