Boutique room for a couple on a ground floor

Non-Israelis are exempt from the 17% VAT that Israelis must pay. We always kindly ask our guests for a copy of the passport and the B2 Visa. Without these on file, we must charge the VAT tax. Additional note: If we are audited and cannot produce proof that the place was rented by a non-Israeli, we must then pay the 17% out of our pocket. The space * In each unit: bedroom, sitting area, bathroom, kitchenette, air conditioner for heating and cooling. * Rooms are decorated with unique art details and meticulous to detail. * Bed linens in bedroom are lace bedding. The view from the room faces the prairie tree garden. Each unit is equipped with each guest unit: Two bathrobes from soft and cozy towel fabric, electric kettle, cable TV, outdoor interior phone, Hair dryer, wi-fi. Refreshments: Cookies, hot drinks for Suga.
