The space 4 BR, 3Bth floor plan that is open and you feel connected with others as you move through the home from room to room. The spacious 1 floor plan is warm and inviting. The house resides in an area of Plano that connects to Allen, Frisco, and Mckinney with shopping, restaurants, libraries, post-office, minor league baseball, FC Dallas(Soccer/Football), The Legends(NBDL), and the Cowboys new practice facility just 3-5 miles away. So there is much going on close to the area but you are just far enough away that you can enjoy the tranquility of a small town atmosphere with, convenient stores, pharmacies,one of the local library's, and your local grocery store right down the street.
