The top floor features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a newly renovated kitchen ideal for preparing meals together. Just 2 miles from Bear Valley Ski Resort, 5 minutes from Lake Alpine, and 20 minutes from Big Trees State Park, you'll have easy access to year-round outdoor adventures. Enjoy nearby hiking trails, rock climbing, and summer exploration, or embrace the winter with plenty of snow! While winter access requires a short 100-yard walk from the parking area (no cars allowed during snow), the cabin’s location is worth it. In summer, you'll find plenty of parking right at the house. The downstairs level includes a second kitchen, a spacious living area, a game room, and additional sleeping space if needed, making it perfect for gatherings and relaxation.
