Cooking is allowed (except dried fish/squid). Note: if you would like to have big white bath/beach towels pre-arranged in condo unit for you - let me know and indicate total amount of towels needed; towels will be made available to you for P 80 per towel per used period (via AirBnb addition payment); upon sending towel to laundry via Caretaker new towel is arranged for another P 80; + Fish feeding just outside the building; + Ambulance on stand-by 24/7 in the premises, small clinic with nurses and doctor. Smoking and pets are NOT allowed inside the unit. Please use balcony for smoking, ashtray is provided. How to book: 1. Email us who exactly wants to come and visit Pico de Loro Cove, adults and kids: names, addresses, contact numbers, dates of birth, and the dates of your intended stay (check-in and check-out) 2. We will revert with Authorization Form for you to present (soft or hard copy) upon entering Pico de Loro premises and/or the contact number & name of person meeting you and assisting. Upon agreement with endorsing Member: Guests who will arrive early prior to check-in time can use the pool or beach until the check-in time at the condo. Checked-out guests can still stay in Pico premises till 8 pm. VISA/MasterCard/other generally accepted debit or credit card can be used for payment inside Pico de Loro.
