Cosmo Azul House is a BRAND NEW modern luxury retreat home with golf course views and beautiful sunsets. It is walking distance to the Empire Polo Grounds, which hosts the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals. It is also a short drive to downtown Palm Springs and other local attractions. Guest Access; Master bedroom with attached master bathroom, Guest bedroom one with closet, Guest bedroom two with closet, one additional full bathroom, one 1/2 bathroom, Laundry Room with washer/dryer, attached two car garage. Master closet and kitchen pantry locked as owners closet but all dresser and cabinets are available for your use. Brand NEW Modern Pool with Spacious Spa. Luxury Firepit and lounge area to catch the beautiful Mountain View sunsets over the golf course. RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT. You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities ​on the property. Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property. CLEANING PROTOCOL: There isn’t anything more important to us than the wellbeing, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and disinfection protocols. We're taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with clinic grade sanitizing solutions and our house cleaners are working around the clock to ensure that we are over-prepared for any guest concerns that may emerge. Our staff is also equipped with protective gear to maintain the safety of all parties. We are closely monitoring all guidelines and communications from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and regional & national health authorities to update our best practices as the situation evolves. Please note that we have surveillance cameras on the property. These cameras are all located on the exterior of the house only, not in private areas. - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check-in anytime after 4 pm, and check out is no later than 11 am. There is a fee of $100 for an early check-in/late checkout (2 hours, if available) or $200 for both. Let us know and we will try out best to accommodate it. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? Yes, during the winter months the pool temp is around 60 degrees. Pool heating is available for an additional fee for all reservations. If additional pool heat is desired, the pool can be heated to 80-83 degrees for a fee of $50/night (Pool is on Natural Gas). The spa is free at no charge for your stay and it will be at 90-100 degrees. Arrangements must be made within 48 hours of check-in. Over the summer months, the pool is about 80-90 degrees. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. CAN I BRING MY PET? Unfortunately, we do not accept pets on our property. I am an animal lover myself and absolutely adore pets, especially dogs. But sadly some guests are allergic to animal hair and it can have disastrous consequences. So I have made the decision not to accept pets in my Airbnb. I hope you can understand. I know they will be so excited to see you once you get home. DOES YOUR HOME HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? NO, we do however allow guests to bring their own speaker they can use during the day time hours. Please be mindful of our neighbors and do not have the music playing LOUD. Quiet hours begin at 10:00pm-8am every day. If loud music is heard during quiet hours you will get a warning from our security team and forfeit your deposit. Second warning subject to owner contacting Airbnb to remove guests from the property. Please be responsible, we want our guests to enjoy their stay but not at the expense of disturbing our neighbors and community. DOES YOUR HOME HAVE A BBQ AND OUTDOOR FIRE PIT? The house has a Natural Gas BBQ and an​ outdoor Natural Gas fire pit. If you are not familiar on how to use one we are more than happy to help walk you through it over text or phone call. CAN WE HAVE PARTIES AT THE HOME? Parties are NOT allowed on the property. We do not allow DJ's onsite or more guests than what is agreed upon with the owner. 8 people maximum per stay unless communicated and approved by host. We do understand our guests wanting to celebrate birthday, anniversaries, and special events with the number of guests allowed on the property. HOW MANY CARS ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING? Only 4 cars allowed. 2 compact cars in the garage and 2 in the driveway. No overnight parking is permitted on the street. WHAT ARE THE COMMUNITY/HOUSEHOLD QUIET HOURS? Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Absolutely no music in the backyard during quiet hours. Please be mindful of our neighbors. Failure to comply will result in a warning and your deposit being forfeited. IS THE HOME ON A GOLF COURSE? Yes, please be aware our home is on the golf course. Our guests enjoy the mountain views from the backyard and watching the golfers tee off. Please note, some days golf balls may land on our property. We are not liable for any damages. Swimming and lounging on the backyard is at your own risk. HOW OFTEN DOES THE POOL GET CLEANED? Our pool guy comes twice a week ( Tuesday/Friday). Our gardeners come twice a week.
