The 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath house is great for couples, families and solo travelers who like quiet mornings, the sound of seagulls, beautiful sunrises over the water and sunset views from the deck. This townhome, has two bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, kitchen, living room and dining area, There is a screened porch on the first floor and an open deck on the second floor off the master bedroom, both overlooking protected wetlands. You'll have the entire run of the end unit townhome. We are across the street, so you have the place completely to yourself, but assistance is steps away. The town is tucked between two rivers and the Delaware bay, with fishing, boating, and lovely marshlands for bird watching. house is a five minute walk from the beach, the Bayview Inn (a classic local dive bar) and the legendary JP’s Wharf Restaurant where you can dine inside or out, alongside the river and bay. The sandy beach is a short walk, but if you prefer there’s plenty of free parking. There are two public boat launches, a jetty that is perfect for fishing, and a terrific playground in walking distance. The bocce courts are at one end of the street, and a charter fishing boat is at the other Bowers is a very walkable town, but there is no public transportation. There is a Roku unit attached to the first floor TV. The fireplace is not connected, but it does add a touch of warmth to the room's atmosphere.
