The space Horizon is special because of its: - Spectacular views of the mountains - Sprawling lawns - Modern interiors We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC, heater, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers, iron, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Barbecue kit, bonfire - Secured parking space for up to 4 cars The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 spacious bedrooms - 3 on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor. - All bedrooms offer a heater, Wi-Fi access, king-sized beds, electric kettle, attached bathrooms, and garden/valley views. - 3 bedrooms are equipped with AC. There is a TV in 2 bedrooms. - The room on the first floor also offers a designated workstation and an attached balcony overlooking beautiful views. BATHROOMS - There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - all attached. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. - A separate dressing area is offered in 2 bathrooms. COMMON AREAS - The living room is on the ground floor, offering sofa-style seating for up to 9 people. - It is equipped with amenities such as a heater, AC, Wi-Fi, and a TV. - The dining area is a part of the living room. It provides comfortable seating for up to 8 people. - The exteriors of the villa include two sprawling lawns, 600 sq. ft. and 500 sq. ft. in size. - Each can accommodate 15 and 12 people respectively. - One of the lawns has an attached gazebo. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian lunch and dinner can be provided in-house at an additional cost. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We can provide accommodation for 2 staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per night, exclusive of meal charges. The staff members will be accommodated in the staff quarters. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful stroll in the lawn and soak in the stunning views around. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up and relish a hearty barbecue meal. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per use. - A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 for a duration of 2 hours. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - In case of a power outage, the 30KVA generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - During the monsoon season, the house may be prone to common bugs and insects. As a preventive measure, please keep the bedroom doors shut during the stay.
