Five minutes to Highways 70 and 79, courthouse, hospital, restaurants, Wild Things baseball, W@J College, And Meadows Casino/race track The space This is a smart house. It includes a smart tv with wifi, roku and netflix. Smart thermostat, and a smart deadbolt lock for instant access and self check in. No cable tv. This is a house built in 1910. It resembles an older home. IE: skinny steps and second floor has floors that are wavy spots. Guest access Smart deadbolt combination will be texted prior to first reserved day. The app from August will be sent and you must follow the directions. You must be in close proximity to the door to open. Other things to note Garbage put out Sunday nights for early Monday pickup. All toiletries provided for short stay. For Extended stays, guest to provide further needs. Some guests leave different items. Use at your own discretion. This house is very important to me.
