Ohana Polo Ranch Estate is a 2 acre tropical estate with a well stocked indoor outdoor family clubhouse. Main house and an unattached Casita. Ohana Main is 3 bed 2 bath (sleeps 13), Ohana Casita is 1 bed 1 bath (sleeps 4). The Main house has 2 convertable queen couches and the Casita has a queen memory foam futon sofa. Top of the line linens, everything you need in the kitchen. Large clubhouse with bbq and 72" tv. Pool and in ground hot tub off main house. STR#003455 The space Ohana Ranch is like a tropical oasis in the middle of the desert. Off the main road at the end of a private street you will have privacy but will still be close enough to everything to still enjoy the concerts, sports or dining. Ohana polo ranch is a working polo ranch so during the polo season (Dec-April) workers (in the barns) will be possibly on site working from 7am to 7pm it is for the owners private horses and noise will be keep to a minimum but it is still a RANCH. We do landscaping on Saturdays and that starts at 8am. If renting the space over a weekend we will change our landscaping day if at all humanly possible or we will skip that week so you may enjoy the space yourselves. MAY 1st- Oct 31 MAX Occupancy is 14 persons. Oct 31st through April 30th Occupancy is 17 MAX. Guest access You will have complete access to the front 2+ acres including Ohana Main and Ohana Casita hot tubs and the pool, club house, bbq and "date garden" to the south of the clubhouse and both the front and back yards on the houses. Shared space: Driveways, parking lot south of Ohana Guest, RV spots. Off limits: Barns, horse track, all horse pastures and RVs. ( It is possible to set up a pet and photo session just please ask and let us know a time that works for you and well will try to accommodate you if at all possible) There will be a groom on property every morning and evening to feed/take care of the horses. He also can be asked if you have any maintenance requests issues. Other things to note Ohana Polo Ranch is a working polo ranch(horses,dogs, chickens). With 2 separate houses, swimming pool, hot tub, Clubhouse, BBQ area, large sitting area right next to the date garden and pool table. Pool/hot tub next to main house is only for your use. During winter months the pool can be heated for and extra $100 per day. It takes a full 24 hours to get pool to 80 degrees (depending on current weather) minimum 4 day heating.
