Each of the three master suites are decorated with comfy pillow-top beds, and well stocked with plenty of fluffy white towels and toiletries. The larger of the master suites has a king bed, private patio, mini-kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. This master suite's bathroom includes a large vanity, double sinks, over-size shower, and soaking tub. The second master bedroom has a king bed, private balcony, and full bathroom suite. The third master suite has a king bed and joining master bathroom suite. The fourth bedroom functions as a private office, and easily converts into an additional sleeping area with a pull down queen-size Murphy wall sleeper. Additional sleeping includes two (2) queen sleeper/sofas, one (1) twin/sleeper ottoman, one (1) twin/sleeper chair. Just a quick drive to downtown SLO, Avila Beach has the most desirable weather in the country. Bob Jones Bike Trail, Sycamore Hot Springs, and Avila Barn are less than a mile from the beach house.
