Over 300 feet of water frontage on-a-point of land with deep and shallow water. Small sand beach in cove shallow for small children to wade out. Shoreline is rock with deep water. Walker's Point marina nearby; offering boat rentals, gasoline, PIE Pizza and Kawartha Icecream. The lot is level, natural and offers beautiful trees for privacy surrounding the entire cottage.  In the morning, enjoy your coffee on the beautiful point (refer to picture) and then head down to the dock in the afternoon for some more sunshine.
