Here in the municipality of Hermagor, near Lake Pressegger, the quiet and sunny house is located above the village of Latschach on the edge of the forest. The apartment has about 80 m² of living space and is ideal for 2-4 people. The apartment is barrier-free - wider doors and a walk-in shower with grab handles and a seat - so it is also wheelchair-friendly. The apartment has a cozy kitchen-living room with an electric stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and satellite TV. A small sofa invites you to relax. There are 2 bedrooms - one with double bed, one with two separate beds (can also be put together). The floors in the bedrooms are made of natural wood. The bathroom has a walk-in large shower, toilet and sink. In the extra toilet there is a sink and washing machine. The apartment has free Wi-Fi. The magnificent sun terrace with the large garden table and the loungers complete the offer. There is also a sauna. This is located in our "Stadl" behind the house. Here you can see the forest from the sauna and relax wonderfully.
