Lakeside house with direct access to Rice lake

A private and quiet lakeside house has own dock with direct access to rice lake. Neighbor at 100 feet away. High privacy. The space 1: Linens, pillows and blankets are provided. 2: Indoor fireplaces and boat are not permitted to use. 3: Parties or events are not allowed. 4: No fireworks (By-law prohibited) 5: Do not feed wild animals, birds and fish. Guest access Entire house except storage rooms marked "OWNERS ONLY". Other things to note Check-in instructions: - The lockbox is hanging on the front door knob of the house. Passcode will be notified on the day you check-in. - Message me after you get in. Reminders: - Sewerage system is septic buried under the lawn. Please keep vehicles out of the lawn. - Water is pumped from underground and filtered. It is safe to drink but may have a little odor. Please keep the water tap run for one minute before you drink. If you mind the odor of underground water you may bring your own water for drinking. - Bathroom: Please do not throw feminine product into toilet. Please flush toilet after you wash your hands or use of toilet. - Kitchen: Please do not flush bones or oil into the sink. - Kitchen: Do not process fish in the kitchen. You can process fish nearby the stream. You can use the garden hose/sprinkler under the deck. - Kitchen waste and garbage: Please collect all garbage and take them with you when you leave. - Bridges: There are two bridges. They are very old and may be slippery. Be careful when walking on them. Part of the long bridge (about 20 feet near the lake does not belong to me. Not suggested using it.) - Please be cautious when children are playing near the water. - There is no lock on the shed and under-deck storage room. Please keep children out of these spaces as the tools may be dangerous to children. - Do not light a fire anywhere than in the firepit. Put out the fire when unattended. - Do not use upstairs fireplace. - Do not light fireworks (By-law prohibited) - Do not feed wild animals, birds and fish Check-out instructions: - Turn off the stove and oven. - Turn off the switch for hot water tank. Just press the white button and the red light is off. - Turn off all the lightings. - Turn off all the heating thermostats. - Close all the windows. - Lock all sliding doors and doors. - Put the key back in the lockbox. Scramble the dials. - Please take away the garbage. - Message me when you leave.
