Also within easy walking distance are UC Berkeley, the Greek Theater, parks and playgrounds. The space Designed with light and simplicity in mind, this two-bedroom home features high barrel ceilings and white oak floors that create an open, airy feel. The kitchen offers generous Carrara marble counters and everything needed for cooking at home. Thoughtful touches include a walk-in pantry, large-capacity washer and dryer, and a private 250-square-foot deck with space for lounging or dining outdoors. Guest access The cottage is located is through a side gate at the end of the driveway on the right side of the front house. We coordinate with guests to ensure that your checkin goes smoothly regardless of time of arrival. Other things to note Because we are so close to restaurants, boutiques and campus, there is a 2hr limited parking in the neighborhood. We supply a parking permit for one car. Please put your placard up right away as they ticket very aggressively! We consider pets on a case by case basis.
