These rules are intended to preserve the beauty, safety, and tranquility of the neighborhood, and they apply strictly to all registered guests in every unit. We appreciate your cooperation. This community is proudly managed by MySanFelipeVacation, your trusted partner for a five-star vacation experience in San Felipe, Baja California, Mexico. Reservation and Arrival Directions * Driving Directions: Detailed driving directions to the property are sent via email automatically upon making a reservation. Once your booking is finalized, please send us your preferred email address so we can ensure these instructions reach you safely. * Gated Entry and Security: The community entrance remains closed and secured at all times. Upon arrival, you will be issued an electronic gate card to swipe when entering and exiting the premises. * Gate Pass Deposit: A 50 dollar cash security deposit is required for the gate pass at check-in. This deposit is 100 percent fully refractive to you on your departure date once the card is returned to our management office. Community Rules and Regulations * Maximum Occupancy Limits: Property occupancy is strictly capped based on unit size to ensure comfort and compliance. One-bedroom units have a maximum capacity of 4 occupants total, including children. Two-bedroom units have a maximum capacity of 6 occupants total, including children. * Overnight Restrictions: Sleeping in automobiles within the parking areas or around the condominiums is completely forbidden. Sleeping on any unit's terraces or patios is also strictly prohibited. * Parking Configurations: All guest vehicles, including ATVs, are strictly restricted to the private parking area located directly behind the condominium units. Parking on sidewalks or the rear bricked areas is prohibited. * Off-Road Vehicle Policies: ATVs of all types may only be utilized for driving directly to the entrance paths leading out to the beach and sand areas. Recreational riding is strictly banned on the brick residential roads in and around the community and Los Colonas. Improper or loud usage of cars or ATVs will not be tolerated. * Waste Disposal: To keep our coastal environment clean, all trash and vacation waste must be placed exclusively into the provided community trash cans. * Disturbance Policies: No personal or group activities that disrupt the peace and comfort of other residents or guests are allowed at any time. This includes the loud usage of musical equipment, speakers, or other audio devices. * Quiet Time Hours: Strict quiet hours are enforced across the entire condominium property from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM daily. * Swimming Pool Access: The community swimming pool and patio enclosures close promptly at 10:00 PM. Access to the pool area is strictly restricted to registered community guests. * Restricted Pool Equipment: Tents, canopies, personal BBQ grills, and folding tables are classified as camping equipment and are completely prohibited inside the pool enclosure. Glass containers and personal coolers are also strictly banned near the water. * Provided Pool Amenities: We provide two large, built-in community barbecue grills near the facility for your outdoor cooking needs.
