Our spacious apartment, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, is located in the direct waterfront Fűzliget Residential Park, 100m from Lake Balaton. The residential complex has a huge (100 sqm) private dock. There is a magnificent view of Lake Balaton from behind the Natura 2000 nature reserve in front of the complex, all of which we can enjoy from the terrace. There is a private parking space directly in front of the building for one car. Additional cars can be parked on the street 50 meters from the property at no cost. Since the Balaton Bike Trail runs right in front of the building, our apartment can be the right starting point for an exciting bike tour full of experiences🚴. The apartment is spacious, 70sqm with two separate bedrooms. It sleeps 6 people in total, using the comfortable sofa in the living room. In the bedroom, the beds can be separated if desired. The sunny apartment has a strong climate and stable wifi, which is also ideal for remote work if needed. Bathing: The 100 sqm private dock is available for guests of the residential park and the apartment, ~80m from the building. The popular Balatonfűzfő Föveny beach is easily accessible on the lake road, about 800 meters from the apartment. Lovers of active and exciting relaxation will love the Balatonfűzfő Bob Course, which guarantees an exciting experience for all ages. The fully equipped kitchen has everything (pots, pots, dishes, bowls, etc.) to prepare the most delicious meals. We prepare sugar, salt, pepper, oil, and capsules for the Nespresso coffee maker. Small kitchen utensils (microwave, toaster, tea maker, kettle) are available. If anything is missing during your stay, please let us know!
