We are... Penn State! And our home is right next to campus! Walkable to Beaver Stadium, BJC, Nittany Lion Inn, Downtown State College, and Penn State Campus - you can't beat this location! The space Quirky and airy traditional cape cod with angled ceilings makes for a great home away from home particularly when you want that home to be immediately next to Penn State University. We are located off the western edge of PSU campus, an easy walk to downtown, BJC, or Beaver Stadium. If you decide you want to get back in a hurry, just hop on the Blue or White Loop, free of charge. The house has a semi open layout with a kitchen stocked with all the essentials, 1.5 baths, and lots of character. There are 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs and 2 smaller bedrooms on the main floor (1 used as a den). The full bath is upstairs. You will find everything you need and if you don't, just let us know and we'll be happy to help! Note: We are happy to accommodate young children and/or well behaved dogs. Please make note of these guests at the time of booking. Guest access You have access to the entire house with the exception of the storage areas; basement, attic, and garage.
