The space is exclusively your space with private entrance ,private bathroom with bathtub for your own use fits comfortably with 4 people in a queen size bed ,second bedroom full size bed,Kitchen is available for prep cooking (just schedule so we can let you enter in the main kitchen) also laundry is available once a week for convenience(free), with extra large commercial grade machines to save you a trip to a laundromat. The space Location is close to point defiance park and point ruston water walk .museum , and tacoma dome and many more fun things to do around the area . North tacoma neighborhood is safe . The space is comfortable and roomy. The Queen Size bed is super comfortable the TV is a 50 inch, 4K UHD, smart TV, with Roku browsing. Second bedroom is full size bed with smart tv also The check in for your room is easy peasy with key box entry; arrive when convenient for you, and come and go with ease and as you please. The space has a small refrigerator and microwave. There is laundry available for guests who book for 7 nights or more. Guest access You have access, (by using our keybox), to check in when convenient for you and provide you with your house key and room key; to come and go with ease. During your stay Guests have privacy and quiet. We are always available if needed and can be contacted by calling or messaging. Other things to note A city park is only 2 blocks away. A park with tennis courts and basketball courts is about a mile away. Waterfront parks such as Titlow Beach and Point Defiance are very near with beaches and waterfront in 3 directions. The Point Ruston development with shops, restaurants and movies and the Waterwalk is less than a mile away. The Waterwalk is a paved pathway leads all the way to downtown Tacoma, or in the other direction extends all the way to Point Defiance Park. The popular Proctor area, Sixth Avenue shops, and a vibrant downtown area are very close. You will need to empty the garbage containers in your room from time to time; and occasionally you will need to empty those containers outside with the main garbage containers, (mostly for longer term guests).
