My name is Yoly your host.I will be available for whatever you need.I am occupying a room with a bath in the house.The house has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The garage is not available,but we have a large parking lot at the entrance of the house. We have a loving dog and friend on the property.Smoking is not allowed inside the house, parties with loud sounds are not allowed. Respect the common areas, relax and enjoy the nature and the views.The pool area is available until sunset only. Not BBQ The space Located in beautiful NW of Cape Coral, Fla. One room includes a queen size bed, the second room includes 2 single beds plus additional mattress for a third person. Both rooms include HD tv, wifi , a shared beautiful bathroom between the guests. The Guests will have access to the surrounding areas of the house. We have canal access to Gulf of Mexico on the back yard, where you can relax with the beautiful views. The pool is not available, but if you want to use it, it will be your responsibility. It is 6 feet deep and we are not responsible for any accidents. You can use the pool at your own risk. All areas in the backyard are available from noon to sunset. Guest access Access the canal to Gulf of Mexico, surrounding areas of the house. 5 minutes from the house you will find beautiful trails to travel to the open sea of the Gulf of Mexico. During your stay I will be available for questions. I will hosting in the house in the third room Other things to note Pine Island Matlacha a tourist attraction that is 4 minutes away. Publix Supermarket and shopping center 3 minutes away. Enjoy peace and quietness. 5 minutes awy from the house you will find beautiful trails to travel to the open sea of the Gulf of Mexico.
