Beautiful view of mountains, 3 miles from the mouth of canyon for skiing and hiking. 20 min from airport and downtown Salt Lake City. Hiking trail in back yard, along with horses, goats, chickens, dog. Hot tub, pool, fireplace, basketball for your use. Private entrance and your personal two car garage. The space Upon entering through your private entrance to the guest suite you will be greeted by rocking chairs on the front porch. Excellent area to enjoy your favorite beverage as you watch the horses graze. The living area is accompanied with a gas fireplace, comfortable seating, a tv for your viewing and a bookshelf filled with some of our favorite authors. It is open to the kitchen area so very easy for gathering and enjoying each other. Kitchen has a coffee/tea station with all the dishes and utensils needed along with toaster and blender. Full size fridge, microwave, first aid area, extra bedding are also in the kitchen area. 1 bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, desk area for work or writing, full closet with mirrors. Excellent view of the colors of the sunset. Second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, with desk area and full closet and mirrors. Extra bedding and blankets in this area as well. Again great view of the sunset. Across the hall is a full bathroom. Accompanied with extra towels, iron and ironing board. Towards the back of the apartment is the Master Suite. King size bed, with plenty of lighting. Accompanied with tv, and reading recliner chair with its own lighting for reading or working on the laptop. Plenty of drawer space. The master bath has a jetted tub, shower and double vanity sink. Plenty of storage with many essentials provided in case you forget yours. Blow dryer and straightener also provided. Through the bathroom is a huge walk in closet with shelves, and PLENTY of hanging space along with full size mirror. Everything you will need and more. There is also a laundry room with full size front loader washer and dryer. When you open your master bedroom door to the outside you will enter the pool deck and semi covered gazebo lit at night to bring ambience to your night time activities . These activities could include BBQ, swimming, hot tubbing, pickleball or sitting by the gas fireplace or your outside dining table. You will dine hearing the sounds of the fountain , or of the wild cooing dove, and quail. You may see wild ducks flying in for a visit and a quick snack. In the evening we have deer that stroll through our property. They are beautiful and will not hurt you. The back of the property is our barn and also chicken coop. Our chickens run free, please don't chase them. In the barn you will find our two goats, HEYHEY and Preston, our horses Tex abd Duke, a fun barn cat named"Dr kittlesworth" and possibly our dog AJ. The back of the barn you will see an organic orchard filled with every fruit and vegetable imaginable to this area. To the left of the property we have a wood fire pit area with seating, the hot tub, and big tree swing with sandbox. Also we have a basketball or pickle ball court. Walking south of property is a great walk/hike in our hidden treasure area. About a 30 min trail. Many times you will spot deer, hawks, rabbits. It really Is a tranquil slice of heaven here. Come enjoy the "country in the city". Guest access You will have access to all outdoor areas. Please make yourself at home. Love the animals however please treat them with respect.
