Welcome to your home away from home. Beautifully decorated 3000 sf executive home that boasts 5 spacious bedrooms, 6 beds with tempur-pedic mattresses, premium beddings, 6 smarts TV, 3 full bathrooms with a TOTO Bidet in master en-suite. A relaxing and comfortable living room. Cozy. inviting family room, loft. A gourmet kitchen with high end appliances. Only 10 minutes from Rideout hospital. Our residence is perfect for business travelers, traveling medical staffs and families alike. The space The space is completely private with separate entry and covered patio and is available exclusively for you to enjoy. NO PARTY OR EVENT PERMITTED. NO SMOKING/VAPING PERMITTED. We will never rent our residence to different groups of travelers. Two guests per bedroom is maximum. Please be honest about the number of guests that will be staying at our residence. Only paying guests are permitted to stay at our residence. We will notify Airbnb if this is not done and you will be charged for the unpaid guests. Please be advised that the front unit is a bookable unit. Please do not disturb the guests there. Parking on the driveway is first come first serve only. There are plenty of parking on the side of the residence. The side backyard is reserved for guests staying in the front unit. Please be advised the residence doesn’t come with the garage. Guest access The entire residence, except the garage, is reserved for you to enjoy. Please read the digital house manual to make yourself at home. Your understanding and cooperation is greatly appreciated. Other things to note Our place is not suitable for party and/or event. If you host party or event at our residence WITHOUT our written approval, you will be charged $1000 a day plus $500 cleaning fee. We charge $15 per guest per night after the first two guests. Please be advised only paying guests are permitted to stay at our residence. Non paying guests are considered trespassers and are subject to removal by law enforcement. Also to activate the Jack and Jill shower, the nozzle at the down sprout must be pulled downward. We have Brazilian hardwood floors and area rugs throughout the residence, we respectfully request that street shoes are not to be worn inside the residence. Please bring your favorite slippers to wear inside the residence. We have crib, changing table, walker and diaper genie for you to use. PLEASE USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. BY USING THEM YOU HAVE AGREED NOT TO HOLD US FOR ANY EVENTUALITY. Please bring your own baby beddings for the crib to prevent potential allergy due to laundry detergent. Please wash all dishes either by hand or by using the dishwasher when there is a full load and use the normal function only. Pots and pans should be hand washed and air dry. Please wash you clothes only when you have a full load to reduce our carbon footprint. Please take out trash as needed. If your stay includes Tuesday, Please help us wheel the three trash totes out Tuesday night. It’s collection day on Wednesday. Additionally, smoking or vaping of any kind, either inside or outside, is strictly prohibited. If you smoke and/or vape either inside or outside of our residence you will be charged at least $500 deep cleaning fee. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE OR VAPE WHILE STAYING AT OUR RESIDENCE. No animals including service animals are allowed due to severe allergies. The residence is protect by an alarm system that incorporates a security camera at the front door only. There are no cameras inside the residence. On your departure day, please return the residence to us in the same condition as you have found it when checkin. Additionally cleaning fee will be charged if the residence is not clean and tidy upon departure. Please checkout by 11 AM sharp. By booking you have agreed to our terms and conditions and will reimburse us for Any damage caused either accidentally or intentionally.
