Our cottage was remodeled in 2014 with the highest quality appliances and finishes. You are walking distance to everything in the downtown area. The cottage is best suited for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The cottage has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The parking space is limited so we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. There is usually ample street parking after 4 pm and before 11 am. The space Pets under under 30 lbs will be accepted. There is free wi fi and flat screen tv's in the bedroom and family room. The cottage has a storage unit that has a pack n' play crib, 2 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, 2 adult size boogie boards and 2 child size boogie boards. Guest access The bar-b-que and patio area are common for three cottages. There are two bar-b-ques. There is a storage building that has laundry facilities and a dedicated storage cabinet for each of the three cottages.
