Walk to Naples Vanderbilt Beach

Ideal location, less than a mile from Vanderbilt Beach, the Naples Ritz Carlton, the Mercato shopping and dining area (Whole Foods and many restaurants and shops). Sunny tiled bedroom with glass sliding door opening onto large south-facing lanai. The space Guests have their own full bathroom. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to a large lanai, sunny fenced yard and lanai and lawn furniture including chairs, tables and chaise lounges. Guests have shared (with single host) access to large kitchen. Guests have access to 2 beach bicycles (see them in photo of host). There are 5 bicycles stored in the living room (to prevent rust as there is no garage here) so it is quite cluttered and not included in the Airbnb "shared space" ... so the guest lanai functions as the guest living room. Of the approximately 100 Airbnb guests I have hosted (as of March 2017), at least one has complained about “clutter” in the yard. In my landscaping and yard care, I aim for an aesthetic I saw featured in the Sunday New York Times called “whimsical ramshackle bohemian” (or something to that effect). If you believe this aesthetic will unnerve you, perhaps you should move on to another Airbnb listing. During your stay I will be available (most of the time) to help guests throughout their stay.
