Fortune Haus apartment home is tucked away in a friendly St. John's community neighborhood near the University of Portland. Above our detached garage, our space gives you a feeling of home while allowing quiet and privacy. Due to Covid-19, we are taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations. We look forward to hosting you! The space This 1 bedroom home away from home has full kitchen, washer dryer, private entrance and amazing windows to see the sky and watch the clouds pass by, an awesome tree behind the unit where you might see a squirrel or some birds, a quiet space with a full kitchen to cook in, washer/dryer, and more than what you would get from staying at a hotel during your visit in Portland. Conveniently located just 3 blocks from New Seasons market, 1/2 mile from Fred Meyer, and many local restaurants within walking distance. Guest access You will be given a code the morning of your arrival to have access to the apartment. The garage and driveway are not part of the Airbnb. Other things to note There are pets on the property, but they do not ever go into the apartment. Our dog, Dudley, (dark brown coon hound mix) is fenced in the backyard but mostly stays in the house. He likes to bark because he is protective, but he is a sweet dog. If you don't like dogs, please let us know and we are more than happy to make sure he stays inside as you come and go.
