Private Room with Private Bath in Central Location

This is a character home located on a quiet, tree lined street in a historical neighborhood right next to Penn State University. You will be within walking distance of Penn State University (0.3 miles), Beaver Stadium (1.4 miles) and downtown (1 mile). Your bedroom comes with a private, newly renovated adjacent bathroom. There is also parking on the premises. The space Your bedroom will consist of a newly purchased double sized bed, fresh linens and an accent chair. There is a closet and hanging shelves to store your belongings. We also provide fresh towels and toiletries. Guest access You will also have access to the common areas of the house. The kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies, spices and condiments. We can also provide a space for you in the refrigerator to store your food, if needed. We will have coffee, tea, and other beverages available for you in the morning. During your stay We will likely be around the house some of the time and can have as little or as much contact with guests as makes sense. Other things to note We have a very sweet Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a small kitty who will be roaming the common areas.
