This house was built by, Hayden Carl Hayden, nephew of the first United States Senator to serve seven terms, Carl T. Hayden, son of Charles T. Hayden who established the historic flour mills that still stands in downtown Tempe around 1870, and for which Mill Ave was named. You will enjoy the southwestern ranch style captured in this 1956 home architecture.
