Anchored by a plush king bed and a cozy daybed that sleeps one additional guest, the room comfortably accommodates up to three people. Unwind beside the romantic faux fireplace or stretch out with a book in the open, airy sitting space. The spa-inspired bathroom is a true highlight, featuring a large double vanity, an indulgent soaking tub, and a separate stand-up shower. The space “A local Inn with a local feel” Bronze Quill features a dramatic cathedral ceiling, a luxurious king-sized bed that you will love to fall asleep in. The private bath has an elegant two-person free standing soaking tub. The sitting area has a daybed and romantic electric fireplace. The daybed converts to a twin bed to accommodate a third person. The private bath has a shower. This room does not have a desk. The hot tub has a max occupancy of 3 people but you’ll all be fast friends by the end! Please be courteous of other guests with your usage, and follow posted rules. No glassware, please. Plastic glasses only. Guest access Guests will get keycode access to their room upon arrival. Other things to note BOOKING POLICY We cannot accept phone reservations. We want you to be in charge of your own destiny, but we are happy to answer any questions and quell any concerns! We’re happy to walk you through the process, if it feels daunting. Our prices are based on double occupancy, $25/night per extra person. Our 3 suites are equipped with comfy pull out twin day beds, which can sleep 1 person. We have a limited supply of roll away beds as well. Do note that our rooms are quaint and many will not fit the roll away. CANCELLATION POLICY Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. No call, no shows (failing to cancel or alter your reservation and not showing up) will be charged for the first night’s stay and the remainder of the stay will be cancelled without any refund. If you must leave before your scheduled check-out date, please note that your unused room nights will be subject to the cancelation policy above. CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT POLICY You are welcome to check in anytime after 3pm! In order to allow you to come and go with ease and comfort, check-in is automated. On the day of check-in you will receive codes to get into the inn and your room! No more keys to fall out of your pocket on that beautiful hike up at White Ranch! We are happy to try to accommodate early check-ins as well, please send us a message for that option. Check-out is at 11am. ROOM CLEANING In order to maintain your privacy, we do not offer a daily cleaning service. Let us know if your room needs a refresher. ROOM DAMAGES When you book online with us, our system keeps your card on file to cover any extra charges and damage. We have many Victorian pieces in the inn that cannot be replaced, so any damage to furniture, linens and other property will be assessed and then billed to the customer at our replacement cost, which may include labor costs. Smoking in non-smoking areas will also be considered as damage​ and be charged accordingly. We will always try to be transparent in our communication about damage to the rooms. Keep in mind that excessively soiled linens, carpets and furniture will be included as damages. CHILD POLICY We love kids. But, because of the nature of the home and its furnishings, most of the inn is not appropriate for children under the age of 12. We do, however, allow well-supervised children aged 12 and over. PET POLICY We love our furry friends too! Unfortunately, we are not equipped to let Fluffy or Rover stay, unless they are a service animal. So no pets. We are sorry for the inconvenience! Service animals are working animals trained to perform tasks for the benefit of individuals with physical or mental disabilities such as guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, alerting and protecting people prone to seizures or other tasks directly related to a disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the American Disabilities Act. Please reach out with questions. PROPERTY RULES No smoking of any kind is allowed inside any of the rooms. If you would like to smoke, you must be outside. There is a smoking area in the front of the inn, please do not smoke in the back area. No children under the age of 12. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Noise can travel in an old house like ours, so please be mindful of our other guests. If we have to repeatedly ask you to quiet down, we will then ask you to leave the property and no refund will be given. Guest Parking: We offer a complimentary virtual parking permit for the duration of your stay. This permit overrides posted town parking limits, so you will not need to renew it. To activate the permit, simply enter your license plate number on the iPad located inside the inn upon arrival. Please note: the permit is not valid in the parking lot at 13th and Arapahoe. Most guests choose to park: On 14th Street directly in front of the inn, or In the parking garage one block north at 1250 Jackson St, Golden, CO 80401.
