Gorgeous and well designed 1 bedroom apartment located just steps from Central Park and Transportation. The unit sleeps 2 only. The unit features include 1 Queen size bed, , private kitchen and bath. We provide the comforts of home with linen/duvet/blankets/pillows and towel upon arrival. Fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen, full private bath, linens/duvets/towels provided. Utilties and wifi are included in the cost of the rental. There are two flat screen televisions for your viewing pleasure. Street parking close to building. There is no elevator and this is a walkup building. Arrivals are between 2-5PM. There is a late arrival fee of $75 for arrivals between 5-7PM . We have no arrivals after 7pm
