There is a fenced yard in the back with outdoor kitchen and dining area along with a sun deck. Guest access Entire house. Other things to note The rental includes the use of 3 beach cruiser bikes, 4 beach chairs, ice chest, sun tent and a wagon to carry it all along with a beach towel for each guest.
