Built to adapt to the lay of the land, it is located on a hillside, so access to two of the apartments is by going down several flights of outdoor stairs from the street. Located in the upper part of Beceite, it enjoys a prime location, very close to the start of the La Pesquera trail, one of the area's most iconic natural sites. Casa Lo Tossal II is located in the central part of the building. Access is via a flight of outdoor stairs down from the street. Due to its features, this property is not recommended for people with reduced mobility or walking difficulties. The apartment has three bedrooms designed to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. The master bedroom features a 150-cm double bed, a wardrobe, two pillows, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a 150 cm double bed, a closet, and two pillows. The third bedroom is equipped with two 90 cm single beds, a closet, and one pillow per bed. All three bedrooms include full bedding, with sheets, a duvet, and a blanket, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay any time of year. The main area is an open-plan space that combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender, and complete kitchenware. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a smart TV so guests can access their own streaming platforms, WiFi, air conditioning, and an open fireplace, ideal for creating a cozy atmosphere. The apartment has two full bathrooms. One is separate and features a shower, towels, a hair dryer, and a shower gel/shampoo dispenser. The second is a private en-suite bathroom, integrated into the master bedroom. Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace overlooking the natural surroundings, equipped with a table, chairs and a charcoal grill. During the summer months, there is also a pergola that provides shade and greater comfort during the hottest hours of the day. The apartment is prepared to offer a comfortable stay year-round. It has heating via radiators that can be controlled by a thermostat and a cozy open fireplace. We also offer crates of firewood for those who want to enjoy the ambiance that a fire creates. The living/dining room has air conditioning. The bedrooms have fans, but they don't have air conditioning. We recommend that you consider this before making your reservation. Pets are also welcome so you can enjoy your vacation in Beceite without being separated from them. Up to two pets are allowed per property, with an extra charge of €5 per pet per night, to be paid when the keys are handed over. It is essential to mention this when making the booking. Beceite is a beautiful mountain village with a medieval layout, narrow streets, and characteristic slopes. It is not possible to drive right up to the front door of Casa Lo Tossal II (Calle Tejería, 44). You can stop nearby to unload your luggage and then access the property by walking down two flights of outdoor stairs. We do not have private parking, but you can park for free on the street near the property or use the Los Freginals public parking lot, which is a few minutes' walk away (its availability and regulations depend on the time of year). The town center is about 200 meters away. The quickest way to get there is by going down the stairs next to the property, although the way back is uphill. As it is built on a hillside, the building has stairs and slopes both at the entrances and in the surrounding area. For this reason, Casa Lo Tossal II is not recommended for people with reduced mobility or who have difficulty getting around. Guest access Although the building houses three tourist apartments, they are all completely independent and do not share any common areas. Please respect the basic rules of coexistence, avoiding noise and behavior that may disturb other guests.
