Restaurant Tannin serves lunch and dinner using locally sourced ingredients including Cape Grim beef, Black Ridge pork and Strauhn salmon. It is 90 minutes’ drive from Waratah. This self-contained cottage features a front patio and a rear veranda overlooking the rainforest.
