Newly renovated kitchen, living ro, large office/works space. House is clean and comfortable. Close to skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking. Winter offers a beautiful crisp views of the Shawangunk Ridge. Close to Wallkill Valley Rail Trail, Wineries, Farms, Apple picking, Restaurants... and Nature. There is a Porch that’s covered, with seating to enjoy the view and peace Large beautiful picture window to see out of while in the master bedroom. Lots of while life activity. KITCHEN: An eat-in kitchen with a gas stove is stocked with all of the cookware you’d need to cook & serve a proper meal. *please note we do not provide oil or cooing ingredients LIVING SPACE: The property features a variety of open areas for entertaining, including a cozy living room as well as a dining area—a perfect location for catching up with good friends/family and lounging over a glass of wine. The fully stocked kitchen and dining table make this ideal for sharing a delicious meal with your guests. There's a covered porch off the dining room, overlooking the beautiful large property--our favorite spot to curl up with a good book. There is fast wifi available so please feel free to bring any devices for streaming movies, etc. long term working is easy. SLEEPING SPACE You’ll find a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two guest bedrooms, and a guest bathroom (with tub). Other things to note: There is a tenant in a private apartment on the lower level with a separate entrance. There are smart TV in the living room and two of the bedrooms. Netflix, Disney, discovery plus access. The cable is about 30 channels. There is a new fire pit. Please supply your own wood - we try and keep some spares around but it doesn’t always workout well. Guest access Guess have full access to the property and all amenities. There is a small home gym on the first floor, that has a washer and dryer in the nearby room. Hot tub and pool Other things to note There is a tenant in a private apartment on the lower level with a separate entrance. They do Laundry on Wednesday and Sunday. The tenant does not access the hot tub, pool or gym. Please note: the pool is seasonal. It typically opens Memorial Day and closes towards the end of September, weather permitting. The cable is about 30 channels. There is a grill and propane tank but we don’t supply the propane for it.
