Room Close to Fort Meade, BWI, DC, Baltimore

A cozy room central to everything in the greater Baltimore area. Our home is located less than 10 minutes from the BWI airport and Fort Meade and just a few extra minutes from DC, Baltimore city, and Annapolis. The space Welcome to our home! We are a new family of 3 with a TODDLER boy full of love and life. We also share our home with our dog and cat, Charli and Cocoa. Our home is centrally located to Fort Meade (10 mins), Baltimore (25-30 mins), Annapolis (25-30 mins), and DC (45-60 mins). We offer a private parking spot in front of the home. If extra parking is needed, street parking is available. We do offer a home gym. Equipment is only available to persons over the age of 18 and with a signed waiver of liability provided by the hosts. Private guest bathroom is located in the basement, 2 floors down from the bedroom, but this space is ALL yours! *Coffee stand is availble with a Keurig, Espresso machine, and French press. *You may be greeted by our big fluff ball Charli, but he's just looking for some love. *While we have a great appreciate for your business and wish to give you the best experience possible, our home does have kids and thus can get a little noisey. We do our best to respect your stay and just ask for kindness and patience in return as we go through this phase in our lives. *We both work and often aren't home during the week so the house is pretty quiet during working hours. You'll definitely see us during the weekends though as we catch up on family time and life. Guest access *Washer/Dryer available to stays over 3 nights. *Main floor ameninties are available *Shared TV access, however Sundays are reserved for NFL Football! :D During your stay We're very busy people and don't want to impede on anyone who doesn't need us. If you want to chat, we're open. If not, by all means, enjoy your privacy. :D Other things to note Just a friendly reminder of our baby boy, the dog, and cat. All of whom are VERY friendly!
