The space A beautifully restored 1790 farmhouse set on a peaceful 225-year-old organic farm in the Hudson Valley. Surrounded by ten historic barns, open fields, grazing animals, and the gentle flow of Fitting Creek, the property offers a quiet and scenic countryside escape. Inside, the farmhouse blends historic charm with modern comfort, featuring original wide-plank wood floors, sun-filled rooms, and a spacious gourmet kitchen. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the home is perfect for couples, families, or small groups. Enjoy slow mornings with coffee on the fieldstone patio, wander the organic vegetable fields, relax by the creek, or unwind in the private saltwater hot tub beneath the stars. The property is filled with beautiful historic structures, including an 18th-century stone smokehouse and antique timber barns guests are welcome to explore. From May through October, guests are invited to visit The Kitchen at Ten Barn Farm, our seasonal on-site café offering Sunday brunch and Friday dinner service featuring ingredients grown on the farm and sourced from the Hudson Valley. Please note there is also a private guest suite attached to the farmhouse with its own separate entrance, so there may occasionally be other guests staying on the property. The spaces remain fully separate and private. The attached suite may also be available to rent with the farmhouse, allowing the property to accommodate up to 10 guests total. Just minutes from Hudson and Chatham, Ten Barn Farm is the perfect place to slow down, reconnect with nature, and experience the beauty of the Hudson Valley. Guest access Guests have full access to thesix-seat saltwater hot tub. It’s just steps from the back door yet tucked privately behind the oldest barn, offering a truly peaceful and secluded place to unwind. From the tub, you’ll see the 18th-century stone smokehouse and greenhouse to your right, open fields straight ahead, and the distant hillside where the sunsets glow and cattle graze. With no ambient light, the night sky is breathtaking. You’re also welcome to explore many of the historic structures on the property—from the 200-year-old stone smokehouse to a massive barn where the light filters through the ancient clapboard in the most magical ways.
