Downtown is a short drive or bus ride away; grocery stores and neighborhood parks are walking/biking distance. Added bonus: optional snuggling and playtime with the dogs - petting and tail wagging at no extra charge! The space This stunning, classic Albany home was built in 1939 and has a number of recent updates and renovations. Expansive living room with wood burning fireplace, built-ins and gleaming hardwood flooring, open to dining area. Main bath conveniently located on the first floor. **Newly renovated guest bedroom** located on second level with enhanced privacy. Guest access Enjoy the fenced in backyard with your beverage of choice in the Adirondack chairs, patio table for al fresco dining, or lie in the super-comfortable hammock shaded by a large oak tree! During your stay I'm available if you have questions or need suggestions for local eateries or entertainment nearby; otherwise, I like to give guests their space.
