Sleeps up to 12. 3 1/2 baths (Shower and jetted tub in the Primary suite along with a 1/2 bath on the main level off the great room. 1 Bathroom with shower/tub on lower level and 1 bathroom with shower only on the lower level along with 2 outdoor hot showers with lower foot wash). Large outdoor spa with shoulder and foot massage jets. 2 Gas fireplaces (one in the great room on the main floor and one in the lower level family room). The owners have taken great care to provide a very clean and comfortable retreat with all of the little touches to make it feel like a second home. Guest has full access to the entire House during their stay. Not available for weddings, graduation and other parties. Guests must be 25 years and older. Maximum 12 guests and 4 cars. No additional visiting guests allowed. We have a Housekeeper that guests can communicate with during their stay. Seabrooks has a small grocery store Lil'l Pantry and many little stores for you to explore other than Ocean Shores (25 minutes away) Our kitchen is fully equipped but you will need to bring your condiments. You may want to bring paper towels/napkins as we provide one roll only. We have Vitamix blender. I would like to suggest you consider bringing a few items with you. DVD movies, CDs, beach towels, books (we have a book exchange available if you forget), and a pair of flip-flops for those quick trips outside. The cell service in this area is sporadic. ***House has charging station for Electric cars! **Please note that guest have to sign an agreement to finalize the reservation, As the House is oceanfront,walks on the beach that is quite private is very relaxing. The beach has a scenic river walk.Pacific Beach and SeaBrooks have interesting stores that you can explore and do not miss the Moclips Museum across from Ocean Crest. Ocean Crest has a very good fine dining restaurant. House is not pet friendly. Strictly no pets allowed as the Owner has taken great care to provide an allergen free home for guests.
