The Yacht Club at Aventura - Best unit in town

Spectacular and spacious 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment placed in the incredible city of Aventura. At just minutes from the beach, Aventura Mall, Miami Beach and many other places around this vibrant South Florida area. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet, cable tv, free parking, pool, BBQ, tennis and basketball court, gym, jacuzzi, and 24 hours security. All these amenities accessible and included for guests. Guest access Important: - A Registration Fee of $110.oo is required by Condo Management for each reservation (group, not per person). Each reservation need to be registered prior to arrival. - The $110 fee is not included in the (final) price provided in the Airbnb breakdown. - For Registration Purposes at The Yacht Club at Aventura, guests must provide IDs (One for tenant, one for a companion) along with a signed registration form. This registration must be provided 7 days before arrival. Registration forms are provided once a reservation is confirmed. - Registration will provide guests with Access cards and Vehicle Decal. It grants access to building doors, gym, residents gate, tennis courts etc. - For Shabbat Observers, we provide keys when requested.
