Villa in Sarasota

Siesta Key, voted best in the United States, our villa is just across the street from this piece of paradise. We are in walking distance to over 15 restaurants and shops. Our villa is on ground level in a quiet area, a little tropical oasis with everything you need near by, take a stroll down Peacock Lane to the intracoastal. There is also a free trolley that runs up and down the island. The space Our villa has been tastefully decorated with a coastal flair for your enjoyment. It is a self contained spacious villa on the grounds of Vista Hermosa. It has 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with a beautiful sun room as an additional bonus where you can sit and relax. The main bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite and a large walk in closet, the 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed. Our living room is equipped with a 55 inch smart tv with plenty of channels and apps to chose from and we have free high speed internet access. Sofa has a queen size bed. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and lots of beach gear for your enjoyment. We have a well stocked kitchen including coffee maker, keurig machine, blender and all your basic needs for your visit and a BBQ on the patio. There is a heated pool and shuffleboard on the premises. It is an 8min walk to the world famous beach, in the evenings going to see the sunsets are a must! Guest access GUESTS HAVE ACCESS TO THE WHOLE VILLA. Other things to note AFTER BOOKING I WILL SEND YOU A RENTAL AGREEMENT DETAILING OUR CONDO ASSOCIATION RULES. A MAXIMUM OF 4 ADULTS. (please message for possible adjustment) We will need to be advised of service pets as our condo association requires documented proof prior signed by a physician and breed of pet due allergies.
