We invite you to a year-round cottage in Gryżyn - a town located in a quiet and peaceful area by Lake Kałek (about 1.5 km), in one of the most beautiful corners of the Lubuskie Voivodeship. The space A new two-storey building with an area of approx. 95 m2 has air conditioning, a fireplace, a terrace, full equipment, WiFi, a fenced plot with a playground, monitoring, parking, a barbecue, a fireplace, a jacuzzi (seasonally - for an additional fee). The cottage consists of: GROUND FLOOR: * an air-conditioned living room with a large sofa bed, a large Smart TV, Cyfra+ with a sports package (speedway channels) and a children's package * spacious terrace (25m2) with a large table and ten comfortable armchairs, large Smart TV, Cyfra+ with a sports package (speedway channels) and a children's package, as well as a professional foosball table. * kitchen equipped with an oven, electric stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, toaster, fryer, kettle, pots and tableware. * bathroom with shower and washing machine. FIRST FLOOR * two spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, one with two double beds, the other with a very large fold-out corner and two single beds. We provide bed linen and towels. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. FOR CHILDREN * a large house in the garden, where there is a TV with PlayStation with games, a sofa and a table (the electrical installation allows you to play also after dark). * playground with a 50-meter ZIPLINE, slide, swings, rotating pole, climbing wall, sandpit, hammock * professional foosball table, football and basketball, goal, basketball board, badminton set, board games, Wader toys, the possibility of drawing with chalk on the back wall of the house In the period from May to September, a jacuzzi is available (for an additional fee of PLN 100/day) - optionally, the desire to use the jacuzzi should be reported before arrival. During your stay, you will be asked to pay extra. You can barbecue or light a fire in a designated place (wood and charcoal for the barbecue - on your own). The cottage is exclusively available, it is located in a fenced area. Free private parking is available on the property. The entire facility is monitored. The cottage has fireplace heating (in winter we provide wood) and electric heating and air conditioning (in all rooms), which allows you to rest throughout the year. Guest access The cottage is available exclusively. Other things to note Firewood and charcoal for the barbecue - on your own. Pets allowed - for an additional fee of PLN 150 per pet per stay. During your stay, you will be asked to pay extra.
