Welcome to our year-round cottage in Gryżyn, a town located in a quiet and peaceful area by Lake Kałek (approx. 1.5 km away). NEW! A large heated pool will be available to guests starting in the 2026 season. Thanks to the heated water, it will be possible to use the pool comfortably not only on hot days but also when the weather in Poland is unpredictable. Hot water will also make bathing enjoyable in the evening or on colder days, significantly enhancing the comfort of your stay. The space Two-story building with an area of approximately 95 m², featuring air conditioning, a fireplace, a terrace, fully equipped, Wi-Fi, a fenced plot with a playground, surveillance, parking, a grill, a fire pit, and a swimming pool (NEW). The cottage consists of: GROUND FLOOR: * an air conditioned living room with a large sofa bed, a large Smart TV, a number+ with a sports package (slag channels) and a children's package * Spacious terrace (25 m²) with a large table and ten comfortable chairs, a large Smart TV, digital TV, and a professional foosball table. * a kitchen equipped with an oven, an electric stove, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a toaster, a fryer, a kettle, pots and pans. * bathroom with shower, washing machine, and hairdryer UPSTAIRS * Two spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, one with two double beds, the other with one double bed and three single beds. Linens and towels are provided. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. FOR KIDS * A large cottage in the garden, where the electrical system also allows for fun after dark * playground with 50-meter ZIP LINE, slide, swings, swivel bar, climbing wall, sandbox, hammock * Professional foosball table, soccer and basketballs, goal, basketball board, badminton set, board games, Wader toys, option to draw on the back wall of the house with chalk. In addition, to help guests relax after an active day, there is also a PlayStation 4 console with a variety of games and VR (virtual reality) headset available. This is a great attraction for both children and adults – perfect for evenings, playing games with friends, or in case of bad weather. It is possible to grill or make a fire in the designated area (wood and charcoal for the grill - on your own). The cottage is exclusively available and is located in a fenced area. Free private parking on the property. The entire property is monitored. The cottage has fireplace heating (we provide wood in winter) and electric, as well as air conditioning (in all rooms), which allows you to relax all year round. Guest access The cottage is available exclusively. Other things to note Firewood and charcoal for the barbecue - on your own. Pets allowed - for an additional fee of PLN 150 per pet per stay. During your stay, you will be asked to pay extra.
