The Quincy Light House is an amazing getaway place when you want to visit New York in style and comfort. Impeccably maintained, this retreat is situated in the historic neighborhood of Bedford-Stuyvesant on a quiet tree-lined block. Convenient access to public transportation includes walking distance to the J/M/Z and A/C subway lines. The B46 and B52 buses, which you can catch half a block away, can take you to L and G subway lines as well as to Williamsburg and Downtown Brooklyn. The space Experience a brightly lit, very spacious retreat that sleeps up to 5 comfortably. Both bedrooms have queen beds and there's an additional pull out full-size sofa bed in the living room. Upon ascending the beautiful staircase, the open-layout kitchen and living room welcomes you. Note: Only the larger bedroom and living room full-size pull-out sofabed will be available when booking with 1 or 2 guests. (For use of 2nd bedroom in a 2-guest booking, there is a fee of $20/night for entire reservation. Please contact me to arrange this.) Both bedrooms will be available when booking with over 2 guests. Guest access Completely renovated, furnished, not-lived-in full unit. Only occupied by you the guest. Attention: there is no secured space to store luggage before check-in time and after check-out time. Please plan trip accordingly. Other things to note We do have a no-shoes policy. So feel free to bring soft bottom slippers if you'd like. Also, only the larger bedroom and living room full-size pull-out sofabed will be available when booking with 1 or 2 guests.
