Home in Rockaway Beach

The house is single level, on top of a hill on flat ground. It has panoramic views of the ocean & the forest. It is fully equipped with lots of room. Limit of 3 cars on the property due to City Code; extra vehicles may be towed. Limited to 8 people; over is an additional $25 per person/day. Strict check-out time of 10 a.m. or additional $50 an hour will be charged. PLEASE: NO pets or smoking on the property OR deposit will be forfeited. Thank you for your support & understanding. The space The house has been set up to provide plenty of space to sit and relax, and comfortable for everyone. Guest access The guests have full access to the house. Other things to note There is WiFi in the house and the instructions will be provided.
