Booking the entire house with 100% privacy. It has 2 driveway parking spaces and street parking. Garage may be available. CHECK-IN and OUT are flexible. I set checkout at 11am (text me if you need late checkout). The space is perfect for a family of 4. It is located about 20 minutes from O'Hare airport and 40 minutes from Chicago downtown. Infants and pets are welcome (please text me for over size pets or more than 2 pets) Play pan is available upon request. The space The name said it all, a SIMPLE place. Perfect for a family with 4 people. It is Appx. 1300sq feet with a small back yard with fire pit and grill, a huge bedroom with 2 queen size beds, TVs and a sofa bed, a kitchen, and laundry appliances. Ruko TV along with access to Netflix and Amazon prime videos. Guest access Everywhere and 100% privacy. However, security cameras are in the garage, and one is aimed at the front entrance (please do not unplug it). Other things to note Security cameras installed in the garage and one aiming at the front entrance. I respect your privacy, however; I must have some kind of security to monitor my properties in the garage and outside at all times. I hope you will understand. Pets are welcome upon request, but no pet is allowed on the bed. Babies and toddlers are welcome. * outdoor grille is for long-term staying. unauthorized use will be fined $30 * Feel free to use the garage parking space when it is available
