We have always enjoyed the lure of the desert, it’s beautiful scenery and wildlife, and of course the great food and live music found at Pappy and Harriet’s, which features great (local and international fame) music. You might even get lucky enough to rub shoulders with international legends like Robert Plant or Paul McCartney who have recently sought out the venue for its small & intimate appeal. Additionally, you can see historic Pioneertown “Mane Street” right out your kitchen window. Built as a live-in Old Western movie set in the 1940’s, the likes of Roy Rogers, Gene Autry, and William S Hart frequently roamed these streets. Every window in the house has breathtaking views of the San Bernardino mountains and surrounding wild landscape. While there are plenty of great places to hike, bike, or ride horses right here in Pioneertown, you can also enjoy beautiful Joshua Tree National Park, only a short 15-minute drive from the property. We have also been host to many brides, grooms, and families for weddings in Pioneertown, the Pioneertown Sound Stage, RimRock Ranch, and many more....We have all the amenities you need to ensure your wedding prep is worry-free and have even hosted small family events like rehearsal dinners. The center of the kitchen is highlighted with a beautiful custom stainless steel island crafted by hand by the owner. The great room is furnished with a very comfortable Sectional Couch, Wingback chairs, and a rocker that easily sits 10 with comfort. Sit and read a book, chat with friends, or enjoy the full package of television shows that DirecTV has to offer on the 4K Ultra HD 60” TV. Don’t be worried about the ranging temperatures in the desert because each room comes equipped with its own independently controlled climate via a remote controlled ductless heating and air conditioning system.
