Welcome to Cottage Central! This private home sleeps 6 and is 1 block from University of Central Missouri's multipurpose building and Walton Football Stadium. Whether you are on campus for academics, visiting your student or attending sporting events, this location will place you in the hub of UCM! A short term contract is required and terms are listed in house rules. Cottage Central has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining area. A washer and dryer utility area is also at your fingertips. Casual decor for that at home comfort feeling. The first bedroom has a king size bed, dresser and closet. The second bedroom has a king bed and closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed, desk, chair and closet. The living room has a leather chair, a recliner, a sofa and a table and chairs for 4 ~ a great place for a game of cards or setting up your laptop. The kitchen has a table and chairs for 4, 2 extra bar stools and the washer and dryer are in this area. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment to make your own meals. Also a patio with a table and 4 chairs along with a propane grill and a charcoal grill are here for your enjoyment. No pets allowed. No smoking When you step out the front door, one block north, you are at the front doors of Central Missouri State University Multipurpose Building. Across the road is the Audrey Walton Stadium. UCM Mules and Jennies play their official games of football, basketball, volleyball and indoor track. One block west is the Mules baseball field. Many events are hosted at the Multi-purpose Building, including Commencement/Graduation ceremonies. This is the perfect location to come watch you UCM student compete or graduate! (URL HIDDEN) Once at Cottage Central, you will be able to walk to all activities on University of Central Missouri campus. Public transportation is not available in our small town. However, taxis are available. Warrensburg is the home of University of Central Missouri and this house is next to the campus. But, we also have other tourist interest : Whiteman Air force Base is 15 miles away, Warrensburg R6 school district, local history (including Old Drum), local restaurants and shopping. We are a short drive from Sedalia, home of the Missouri State Fair.
