The space A perfect holiday or weekend retreat, this beautifully remodeled home boasts a contemporary open floor plan. The inviting main living area is perfect for TV time or quality moments with loved ones. Work comfortably with a designated high-speed fiber optics Wi-Fi computer area. Start your day with a sunrise view or a jog around nearby Memorial Park, a gem in the historic district. For lunch, explore local favorites like L&J, Kiki's, The Italian Kitchen, or Papa Eric's Burgers—all just minutes away. Don't miss the nearby rose garden! Guest access You will have full access to all rooms in the house, the only restricted area is the basement which we use as storage for supplies. * An enclosed laundry area with a washer and dryer in the back is provided for your use, detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets are NOT provided. There may be supplies left from other guests, feel free to use them * There is also a small grill in the back porch that you may use but we do not provide charcoal nor BBQ utensils and we do ask that it be kept clean. * There is street parking in front of the house, please do NOT park across the street or at the neighbor's parking spaces. Other things to note Being a border town with Cd. Juarez Mexico, you will have a lot of choices for entertainment and shopping. During your stay, you will be just minutes from downtown, the Plaza Theater and University of Texas at El Paso. There are at least 2 grocery stores within walking distance and 2 convenience stores just a block away from the front door. 2 Starbucks no more than 5 to 10 minutes away. Shopping malls are all within a 15 to 20-minute drive. Due to all the plants and flowers in our backyard, our grounds maintenance team will come to the property to water the front and back yards.
