Guesthouse in Menlo Park
Description
BEST Airbnb: Style, Comfort, Location. Airbnb fees and TOT taxes are paid by host, not guest. 1 bedroom, gorgeous bathroom, full kitchen, coffee machine, well-stocked pantry, dining set, comfy sofa & ottoman. Luxury shower: rain, cascade or handheld. Mirror with backlight. Nest heater. Hardwood floors. Portable Dyson aircon. Private entry. Automatic entry lights on walkway, wisteria trellis. Dedicated parking. Organic vegetable and fruit garden. Patio. The space A backyard upscale guest house built for my parents on 2018. With art pieces throughout, exquisite details, organic fruit and vegetable garden, floating wood floors, rain shower head (or waterfall), high speed internet, outdoor patio, private parking, walking distance to downtown Menlo Park and train, quite cul-de-sac. Guest access The guest house is in the back of the property where I live. You are welcome to enjoy the garden and all it has to offer, flowers, fruits, an occasional squirrel... and might find Pepe, the Gopher, messing up the front garden in the winter. Park on the dedicated parking space, walk toward the back. Other things to note No parties, no smoking, no drugs (even legalized cannabis), no fires in the garden. Only guests approved in the reservation are allowed in the house. You might hear the train a couple of blocks away. House has a solar passive design, evenings are fresh in the summer because of the orientation of the house and the trees in the back, open the windows and turn on the ceiling fan. Feel free to pick fruits, veggies, and flowers from the garden. The garden is organic. Please note that I have a sprinkler system that goes off at midnight 2 days / wk, midnight 4am. Also, you might find some plastic snakes to scare squirrels from some of the veggies. If you are bringing a ESA (emotional support animal) or pet, please check our policy. Pets are welcome but they can't roam free in the backyard, and there are other liability-related rules.
