This 1947 home is situated on over a half acre lot with open skies and canyon views. Beautiful and carefully updated and restored in 2011 to keep the old school charm and blend with the surrounding environment. Located next to an open canyon reserve, this home sits on a half acre lot. Many birds and native animals will stop by for a visit, including rabbits, owls, and hummingbirds. The home is gated and provides peace of mind for your family to relax and enjoy your home. You will have full access to the home and yard space. There are personal items in the garage and there is no room to park inside the garage. There are also a few cactus plants around the property. I will be available to you during your stay. I live right around the corner and am always a call or text away should you need anything. There are just a few other homes located around the canyon area. There is also a school and church nearby. You may hear an occasional church bell at high noon, or the sounds of kids playing during recess from the school located on the far side of the canyon. There is plenty of room for several cars on the property. The train station is about one mile away. A car is recommended for getting around town. We have updated our cleaning fee and our cleaning procedures due to Covid-19. Our maids have been trained to follow CDC's guidelines for sterilizing the home. We use a commercial grade virucidal, antibacterial and disinfectant on all surfaces in-between each guest stay. With the extra cleaning we had to increase our cleaning fee to $150.
