The space The floor plan is open and the kitchen is modern - with new stainless appliances , gas stove and granite counter tops-microwave - Laundry - Parking. The kitchen and living areas have beautiful hardwood floors while the 3 bedrooms have wall to wall carpeting. Beautifully Renovated 3 Bdrm/2 Bth consisting of 1 King bed, 2 Queen bed . Condo with High End Finishes Beautifully Decorated. Adorable front patio off the master bedroom that is great for coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Guest access Please note that if you meet the below criteria you may be required to provide to us a valid photo ID and put a credit card on file directly with us. It will not be sufficient to have a card on file with Airbnb. May be required to place a $250 credit card damage deposit directly with us prior to accessing the space. The hold placed will be refunded the day following checkout provided that no damage has occurred. You may be required to sign a separate contract with us. i) If you are from the local area, or ii) If you are booking last minute, or iii) If you have negative reviews or no reviews, or iv) If we have any reason to believe that your intent is to throw a party. You will also be required to sign a contract separate from the Airbnb agreement and put down a separate $250 deposit. ii) if you plan to through a party their will be a $3000 fine. Parties are strictly prohibited. Other things to note What some of our guest thought about the place... This places was AMAZING. I travel a lot and use Airbnb fairly regularly, and this place was easily the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. It was squeaky clean, super close to all the cool trendy places(at most a 5min Uber ride,) and the hosts, were incredible. This place is probably the best airbnb I have ever stayed. The place was immaculate and very, very clean. Just absolutely beautiful. The communication was outstanding and I received quick responses to any questions I had. Check in was super easy. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a central place to stay within the Cincinnati area. You will not be disappointed! Amazing hosts with one of the greatest spaces I’ve stayed to date. Cannot day enough positive things about either. Would definitely look to stay at this location again in the future! Nicely decorated and updated home in a reclaimed area of Cinci -- impeccably clean and well appointed with high end comfy beds and bed linens and towels -- owners offered all the amenities of a hotel but ramped it up a few notches with their nice touches - perfect for three couples. we all give it an A+++ Please note if you are parking in the back of the building please do not block the driveway and only park one car in the guest spot. The other spot is reserved for the upstairs tenant. Registration number 40212
