Our family-friendly condo offers 2 spacious bedrooms, updated kitchen, a large living area, and 2 immaculate bathrooms… a comfortable home away from home. Relax in the newly renovated indoor pool, hot tub, and saunas at the clubhouse. Read a book in front of our fireplace. Go for a hike along the river or on nearby trails. Play tennis, basketball, pickleball, & volleyball on the private courts. Enjoy easy access to skiing and downtown with the free shuttle at our door. Love at first stay! The space The community clubhouse includes an indoor pool, hot tub, and saunas, as well as a billiards room. The pool and hot tub were renovated and brand new as of June 2024! Go for a swim and feel free to use the pool towels that we provide. Take advantage of our fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and all the conveniences of home. Seating for six at the dining room table. Use the gas grill on the balcony just off of the kitchen. We are an easy 10-15 min walk (downhill!) to the center of Main Street. You can also jump on the Breckenridge "Free Ride" shuttle to or from downtown and several ski lifts. The shuttle comes right to the front of our complex. Stretch out in a king-size bed in the primary bedroom. Plenty of space! Get a great night's sleep... maybe even better than at home. Stay in touch with friends back home using the free WiFi, and kick back and watch tv in either the living room or primary bedroom. We have cable tv and a large collection of DVDs for your enjoyment. Feel free to use the smart tv to access your streaming services. Our condo includes one covered parking spot. Extra parking is also available a few steps away from the unit. Pack light and make use of our convenient in-condo washer and dryer. We provide detergent and dryer sheets. Our large private balcony is perfect for relaxing, grilling, and enjoying the mountain views. SUPER CLEAN! Our professional cleaners follow CDC guidelines to ensure our condo is cleaned and disinfected between each stay. As you can see from our reviews, we have always prided ourselves on the quality of cleaning. Our goal is for you to relax and enjoy your stay!
